Telephone & E-mail Referral Program
DVAP has a very successful telephone and e-mail referral program. If an attorney wants to take a case but does not want to visit a clinic in order to find one, the attorney can receive referrals from the telephone and e-mail referral program. A DVAP staff member will call to discuss a case, which the volunteer can accept over the phone. Through the e-mail referral program, brief case summaries are e-mailed to volunteers on a monthly basis. Volunteers can select a case from the e-mail case summaries’ list.
